Cacao ceremonies are healing spaces where you sit in a circle and start by saying your name out loud, sharing an intention or a word, and pass the cacao around the circle.
After honouring and blessing the cacao, you drink it and there can be breathwork, meditation, sound journey, dance, music - all to amplify the intentions.
We will integrate the heart opening energies in a soothing sonically alive Sound Bath Meditation after we drank and connected to the Cacao & our Hearts.
