THE MISSION

My name is Lisa Schuster, I am a Medical Doctor, founder and director of the Sound Medicine Institute Germany. My mission includes a world where Sound Medicine is accessible to as many people as possible in a time of intense stress and constant outer stimulations. 

Sound gives us a moment to pause, reflect and go within. The nervous system, brain wave state, blood pressure and heart rate shift almost immediately. Sound is an effortless and fun way to get into a deeper state of relaxation and meditation where the body can restore and activate its self-healing mechanisms and release emotions and negative thought patterns. 

Working with and receiving sound on a regular basis will not only shift our energy states but also change our brain structures through neuroplasticity. Consequently we will be able to change self-sabotaging acts and live a life in a more relaxed and balanced way, which will result in an overall increased quality of life.
