Cancellation & Refund Policy

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of contract conclusion.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear written statement (e.g., via email) must be submitted to the provider. The statement must clearly express the decision to cancel the contract. Simply refusing to accept the service or ignoring access instructions does not qualify as a valid withdrawal.

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the case of a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from the customer, including any delivery charges (if applicable), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date we receive the withdrawal notice.

We will use the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.

Important Notes for Digital Content

The right of withdrawal expires early for digital content (e.g. online courses, audio/video downloads) if:

  • the customer has expressly consented to the immediate start of contract performance, and

  • acknowledged that this results in the loss of the right of withdrawal (in accordance with § 356(5) BGB – German Civil Code).

This consent is typically obtained through a checkbox during the booking process.

Important Notes for In-Person Events

For retreats, workshops, and events with fixed dates, the right of withdrawal is excluded according to § 312g(2)(9) BGB, as these are services related to leisure activities. Free cancellation is not possible unless a separate goodwill policy has been offered.

Return of Free Product Gifts

If a free physical product (e.g. AkashaBowls® set) was provided as part of the booking, the product must be returned in full and undamaged within 14 days in the event of a cancellation.

If the product is not returned or returned damaged, we reserve the right to charge the full market value. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • digital products where the consumer has expressly waived the right of withdrawal,

  • scheduled in-person events (e.g. retreats, workshops),

  • personalized or custom services (e.g. 1:1 coaching, energetic assessments).
